Good doctor, pleasant staff, cutting edge technology and opulent office spaces but be prepared to wait-they never run on time. I was just there and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called in then another 15 in the room before the doctor came in from having a long, audible conversation with a pharmaceutical rep. Don't have other errands or appointments on the day you visit. They do not honor patient time. I was a medical practice manager for 18 years. I know for a fact that patients appreciate physicians who value their time as much as their own. We ALWAYS ran on time except for emergencies and always informed our patients if there happened to be a delay with an option to reschedule. Our own satisfaction surveys noted on-time operations as top rated points of satisfaction every time.
