Clemson Eye in Clinton, SC - I saw Dr. Montgomery today and was very happy with my experience. They were very thorough, patient, and personable - especially Julie, Amanda, and Dr. Montgomery. Dr. Montgomery did not push cataract surgery like a different eye clinic did last year. I had the feeling visiting a different eye clinic last year that they were pushing cataract surgery on several reluctant patients. I'm so glad I cancelled my surgery they had scheduled for me and saw Dr. Montgomery for a second opinion. The only improvement recommendation for Clemson Eye would be to charge for service after the service is rendered rather than when a patient first walks in the door.

I have been a patient at The Eye Care Center for about 30 years. I have always received excellent care and so has my whole family. Recently my husband had an appointment and also purchased some new glasses. We have always been very pleased with our glasses too. However, the new person in the optical area by the name of Fallon is simply not friendly and offers no customer service. We had a problem with his new glasses. Thanks to Dr. Milford and the wonderful long time girls that work there, we are getting the problem resolved. If Fallon continues in the optical department you are surely to lose customers. Again this is in no way directed to anyone else at the Fant Street location. I have always been 1000% pleased with everything there except for this recent development. Thank you.

The office staff was friendly and caring. We were taken back on time by a very professional nurse. My child has difficulty with being sensitive to having her face touched. I felt reassured by the patience displayed by the nurse and we were able to get eye drops in with minimal fuss. We didn't have to wait very long for the doctor. I thoroughly appreciate her attitude in leaving the choice of glasses vs no glasses up to us since the prescription was slight. Overall it was a very easy appointment and they worked to lower my child's anxiety whenever possible.
