The technicians are well trained and very kind, and I like and trust Dr. Johnson, but there are physical frustrations that have driven others away.#1 The parking is horrible! Not enough spaces and hard to get in and out of the spaces and the lot isnt wide enough if another car comes in, one has to back out to allow the out-going car to exit!!!!#2 The check-in is VERY slow. I registered on-line but had to stand back waiting until others had completed theirs (10-15 minutes!) and when I reached the desk, it took 30 seconds. When I left, there were 5 people waiting to check in and not looking very happy!#3 my appointment was at 10:10 and I arrive early but then, once seated in the waiting area (which had 6 others also waiting), I had another 15 minutes of waiting!SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!Anita Hudgins
