Excellent, profeeional staff that is really interested in taking care of there patients. Everything was fully explained to ensure I understood the procedures and costs.

Only thing I didn't like is my eyes are small and to get pictures the tech would ask other associates to hold my eyes open to take pictures.Several people used their fingers to hold them open Freaked me out a bit but wanted to get clear pictures so didn't say anything.I don't know what else that could be done but that was scary to me a bit.Other than that it was fine.

Dr Roman and his team provided outstanding customer service. I had a very painful cornea scratch over a weekend and it was handled promptly including a follow up call to make sure I was doing well.

Every time I go to this Clemson Eye location in Pelham, everyone is nice and they explain exactly what's going to happen. They always announce who they are when they come in the room. I never leave with any concern, they always take care of their clients. Dr. Brown has been with me through out my care since 2018. I recommend Clemson Eye to anyone that has any kind of eye concern.
