Everyone was very kind and respectful, but I agree with the other review that they're so booked you truly do feel like just a number. If the appointment had been for me, it would've been fine, but it was for my 2 year old daughter. It just felt like so much information was given so quickly that I couldn't even process anything by the time she asked if I had any questions. My husband asked what the doctor said & I had a hard time feeling confident that I remembered everything correctly. (It's not the staff's fault that there are a billion people a day that need appointments, but it can be unnerving feeling rushed when you're with a small child.)I know our healthcare system has a lot of flaws, so I'm VERY grateful to have found a provider that was kind & competent & accepts our insurance. I did receive a paper with the written prescription & locations to purchase glasses that accept our insurance, and for that I am very appreciative!
