The staff was very friendly and well trained. Dr. Brown was very personable, offered several options, and provided a great exam. The down side is the waiting due to the overbooking of so many clients to keep the dollars $$$ coming in as quickly as possible. You wait to register, two staff and six in the waiting area. Step two wait for the first machine to evaluate the eyes , wait for a room to begin initial diagnostics , after drops and glaucoma test back to waiting room to wait for doctor and a room. Complete exam and out to the frame/contact shop to collect the rest of the $$$. Gone is the local eye doctor and the assembly line big corporate money making machine is here to stay. Felt like I was on a GM assembly line and just needed my badge on the front end.

This was my first visit for a cataract surgery evaluation. Dr. Riddle is the only doctor I spoke with and I can't say enough good things about him! Professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, good communicator and most importantly, HONEST. He could have easily sold me on the more expensive procedure. However, he first told me that I'm lucky because the standard surgery will work really well in my 9case.Dr. Riddle will do my cataract surgery in Dec.So why only 4 stars? I was there for 3 full hours!; which they do advise you it will take 2-3 hours beforehand.The staff is awesome!, but I think that with a little effort that "normal/acceptable" 3 hour wait can be taken to 2 hours max.

Everyone was so courteous and pleasant. The facility is top notch, the best looking office I've been in yet. They were on time and my appt was done in a timely manner

Although a busy practice, I had NO waiting time! How wonderful! Staff seemed a bit pressured for time. However, EVERYONE I interacted with was very professional and friendly. Things ran very smoothly, I never waited for anyone to perform a test or consultation. I was very comfortable with Dr Johnson and his explanation of my eye status was easy to understand.The parking is an issue, not enough spaces. Maybe staff can park at another location if they are not already doing so.There was one test I had that I did not care for the method used. I have had my eye pressure tested many times. The large scope that the doctor looks through is what has been used to test eye pressure anytime I had this test at any eye doctor previously. But today, the eye tech used a hand held device. She apparently was having trouble getting the device to work because she repeatedly tapped the end against my eyes, looked at the reading, then tapped again, etc. Although my eyes had been numbed and I felt no pain, I was not confident the device took a proper reading and I did not like for something to be tapped over and over against my eyes. This device may work all of the time and not cause any irritation to the eyes but it is my perception that it did not seem to work well and I wondered if the repeated tapping would cause an issue.
