This was my first time seeing Dr. Sparks and I thought she was very thorough and knowledgeable! And her assistant was even able to adjust my glasses to fit that I had had worked on multiple times and no one ever got them right. My only complaint was the wait time which I felt was too long. I was told later that they were short staffed, which I would have appreciated being told up front when I arrived so my expectations would have been different. All in all it was a good experience and I will be back. (I just wont arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled time).
