I saw Dr. William Southerland who was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful also. However, this is a very large practice and there were so many adults and children there that the waiting room was like a zoo and the noise was so bad it was even in the exam rooms. This alone won't keep me from returning but I didn't like it at all. Maybe certain days of the week for children less than 18?

Dr. very knowledgeable, however I had an 8:40am appointment and didn't get to see him until 11am. Much longer than I thought it would take.

Had an emergency with my son at school he was hit in the eye with a baseball dr Marion was great always has been .my family has been with him for 15 plus years but every time I call the call center its been crap I was on the phone today over 20 mins trying to get my son seen at the Williamston location hung up as I was walking in the door at the office worst call center ever something needs to be done !!!!

Wow! Best optometry experience ever! I needed an urgent appointment for my son and we were directed to the Powdersville location because they could get us in fastest, although this location is much further from our home than others. After our experience at this visit, we'll stay with this location no matter what! Dr. Sparks was fantastic, along with all other staff we encountered. Doctor appointments can be challenging for my kiddo and this was a breath of fresh air. We'll be back!
