Always great customer service and usually a short wait time. Once back they take time to listen to you and spend time explaining procedures. I have only been seen by Dr. Montgomery. He takes time to ensure diagnosis is understood and answers any questions you may have.

I was nervous to have to see an opthamologist, due to Optical Neuritis. However, my first visit the 2 sweet young ladies who took care of me before I saw the Dr were so nice, it calmed me. My second was for a visual field test. The sweet lady was very knowledgeable of her job and made sure I understood all before beginning the test. I can say they are through and you will feel comfortable with all staff. From the front to the back. You can tell they care about our sight as well as us being people who have had to step up from an optometrist. So, glad the hospital was able to get in touch with such skilled people who I believe will be able to help me.

Dr. Roman was very patient & kind. He is very compassionate & patient oriented. He took the time to explain each step of the Lasik process to me before and during the procedure, which is always appreciated by nervous patients!
