This was my first visit to this office. All staff, especially clinical, were pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Basa was polite and courteous with a wonderful bedside manner. He was extremely informative, answering all my questions, as well as my daughters. I liked Dr. Basapersonally and professionally. Long wait after appointment time

It would have been great except for the 2 1/2 hour wait. And I did have an appointment. The staff and doctor were wonderful.

My experience is with a doctor I was a previous patient of before Clemson Eye, and Dr Riddle is very attentive, reassuring, and obviously knows what he is doing. He also will not upsell a procedure to you if you really don't need it. The appointment times vs actual visit is still way off, although I did get in and out reasonably quickly the last visit. (Yesterday)

The staff is competent and friendly. The only problem I've had is getting through on the phone.
