Very friendly, Knowledgeable, with great bedside manners.They answered all my questions and then were sure to ask if I had any more.They took great care of my 95 year old mother. even though she moves slowly they were very patient with her.

For me, the doctors and most staff are very efficient and nice. My insurance is always billed without any issues. HOWEVER, I absolutely do not like working with the optical staff in Clemson. After years of hoping they would hire different optical staff that aren't rude and dismissive, I decided to avoid the Clemson office completely and drive from Seneca to the Easley office, where the optical staff is excellent. It's worth the drive to Easley to avoid the Clemson optical staff.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I only wish their glasses were in my network. I would have gladly purchased glasses from them as well.

Good eye care. The only negative is the long wait time after the appointment time. Not sure the reason but it should be addressed.
