My son was injured at school. His primary doctor called and got us a appointment to get straight over to clemson eye. They were professional and completely understand the fear a 6 year old was experiencing. He was in pain and Terrified because he didn't understand anything. The technicians were so sweet and so gentle with him. They allowed me time to relax him and to administer the drops to his eye. As soon as they hit he was a whole new child they were able to speak to him he was playful. When the the doctor came in he addressed my son and interacted and was calm and understanding my son was scared and didn't understand what was going on. They were so amazing with him and all his nerves. I'm thankful we were sent here.

Easy to get an appointment and everyone is very professional

Clemson Eye is a great facility, but the wait time was not good. I had a 10:00 am appointment and waited 40 minutes to be called back to the second waiting room. The whole appointment took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Much too long for a routine eye exam. Fortunately I did not have anything booked that conflicted with this long wait. Dr. Sam Garrett is great and very caring. I would highly recommend him.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Clemson Eye. First whenever going to a Doctors office I expect to wait a little, the wait time was what we accepted. The young lady that took me back was very friendly and warm. Dr. Surratt was awesome! Very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Optical, had great frames to choose from and the ladies in there were extremely helpful and walked me through my first progressive. Love my new glasses, so many complements, after about 3 days I was used to using my new lenses (just what they told me). Thank you Clemson Eye I will be telling all my friends and family to come and visit!
