Love Dr Bopp... I've been a patient for 20+ years and followed her to this location. She has always been very professional and personable. I miss the friendly atmosphere and personal feel of her prior office. I also miss the relationships that I had developed with her staff.Although this office is nicely decorated, it feels too clinical and stuffy. All the spaces are roomy except for the area where you get the glasses. This area feels very crowded and chaotic. How do they know who's next when multiple people are waiting? It needs to be bigger so you can browse without running into people who are waiting to be helped. They also need to have a better way for people to pick up a prescription without having to wait while others that need glasses are being helped. After my appointment last week I only needed to checkout and pickup my prescription to leave. When I got to the checkout, a patient was waiting for the employee who was coming back from getting her prescription for her. As I was checking out, I told the employee (twice) that all I needed was to pick up mine. She said I would have to get it from the glasses area. I had to wait while 2 people were being helped at the desks and another was waiting for a repair. Since the waiting area was empty and she didn't have anyone else to help it would have been nice if she would have gotten it for me. Instead she turned around and started talking to a coworker.
