From the time I walked in the door, until I was finished,I was greeted with smiles,laughter,and kindness. I came in as a new patient,but was treated as if I had been a patient for years. I was 25 minutes early for my appointment, but it wasnt a problem. First time paperwork was easy. It wasnt a 39 page booklet like I've had to fill out at other places. Everything was explained in terms that made it easy for me to understand. They looked at my insurance and helped me make the best decision that was the most cost effective. No pushy sales to pick new frames. I live in Easley,but will drive to Anderson because of the friendly and professional manner that everyone had. Dr. Garrett was a pleasure to meet.
