I visited the Harrison Bridge location in Simpsonville. I have to say that Clemson Eye is extremely efficient. As a new patient, I was able to complete all of my information online at my convenience so that I didn't have to spend time doing that when I checked in at the office. I received a reminder text the night before to confirm my appointment. I arrived on time to my appointment and was seen within 10 to 15 minutes. They utilized an assistant for my eye exam to narrow down the prescription and then handed me off to the doctor. Again, the wait was only 5 minutes to see the doctor. He then was able to quickly complete the eye exam from the starting point provided by the assistant. The doctor (Dr. Easterling) was very good at communicating my results and what they meant. (I do have some medical issues he had to evaluate). All in all it was a finely tuned process that neither left me feeling rushed through nor my time wasted.
