Dr. Smith was thorough, patient and respectful. The staff was nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Unfortunately I had a time limit and had to go to work after my daughter's appt. I let Dr Smith know and she was very respectful and had a since of urgency and made me and my daughter feel comfortable.

I was nervous to take my 14 month twins to this appointment, not knowing what to expect or how they would do, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly, supportive and Dr Smith was fantastic with them! She made the appointment fun and not scary and even had them laughing while she was checking their vision. I was very pleased with this office and happy to continue to give them my business.

Dr. Alison Smith was very informative to me about my 8 year old sisters eye condition & helped me feel reassurance that shes on the right path of being treated. Staff is beyond friendly & this has been the best experience weve ever had with an eye doctor business. She has anxiety & panics when her eyes get dilated. Assistant was VERY comforting and not aggressive at all. Something either of us havent been use to. They provide many comforting things here that are very child & special needs friendly. Highly recommend.
