Upon entering the lobby, I was concerned about the number of people in the lobby. I was there for an extensive exam and thought I wasn't leaving before 4pm. I was told that all testing and visit would be between 2.5 and 3 hours. To my surprise, I was out in the allotted time and no time was wasted from the time I entered. They were very professional, thorough and polite without being brash. I was impressed and pleased.
