Dr Smith has always been so nice and makes our son feel at ease when she is examining him. Our son has been a patient of hers for a few years now and she has helped his vision improve tremendously! Her staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Extremely friendly staff!Dr explained procedures and answered questions unlike any other optical office Ive ever encountered.Offered an awesome variety of lenses (better YET, actually had my prescription in stock!!!)Highly recommend the Easley, SC location.

Nice aesthetics. Busy location. Found the desk clerks to be slightly overwhelmed which relayed a valid sense of courtesy and attention towards patients, but nonetheless professional. Overall, good experience and attentive doctors. Smaller locations are more warmer and hold-you-ny-the-hands than this one.
