Dr. Munns was very nice and made my daughters and I very comfortable during their exam, that is very important to me. However, we arrived 15-20min early and was called back 35min later. I also didn't like that the receptionist didn't check my updated vision plan, she just told me that my old insurance wouldn't pay for glasses. I updated that information and told whomever when I scheduled my appointment, but it was fixed. I just didn't appreciate the assumption or lack of verifying with me to make sure.

Dr. Brown is the best. I appreciate his gentle and kind demeanor, a joy to see. He is an example of what a doctor should be. You know the kind that made a house visit.
