I have been having issues getting my eye drops pre-approved and spoke with Kyshia and she not only helped with my insurance, she got my appointment rescheduled and while I was stressed she had a really great and caring attitude during the whole call that calmed me and imagine my surprise when she got the pre-approval for me during the call!! Couldnt have been more thankful for her help and expertise. She is definitely an asset to Clemson Eye!!
