The staff was very polite, professional and helpful during my visit. I did my check in online and made my co-payment online as requested. Very easy process. I prefer that more than I would to go in and having to do it. However, I made my $30 co-payment on line, but then at checkout they said I had to pay $55 more for something my insurance wouldn't cover. And then in order to get my exam submitted to the DMV so that I can get my driver's license renewed I had to pay an additional $25. Now this might not be much to some, but when you're on a budget it had to come from somewhere else. No one said anything to me about additional fees until check out! That should have been one of the first things I was told. This appointment was on record for a month. The lady checking out before me got hit with the same thing. And she wasn't prepared either.
