While looking for new glasses at the Easley location, Abigail was very kind and attentive. She listened to me & understood what I was looking for in a new pair of eyeglasses. She went above and beyond to search for the shape/size/color I wanted, and helped me pick out the perfect pair!

Dr. Carlson is very accommodating and genuinely caring. Explains his intentions, the process, and strives to satisfy. The time in the office for ones appointment however is very long. I am sure this is more a practice management issue but 1.5 -2 hours for a routine examination or glasses prescription check seems too long.
