I was greeted so warmly upon entering. I had done the easy pre-visit check-in online and after having my temperature taken I had the option of waiting in my car or the baby. I chose lobby and only had to wait 5 minutes. Mickey did my initial screening and made it very comfortable as she had nice chit-chat but neither chattered aimlessly nor said too little. She briefly explained each step and was patient when I asked questions. She shared results of the tests like dryness, pressure, etc and the difference from last years results. Great mannerisms! Then I waited less than 5 minutes fir Dr. Parissi. We laughed about his video and shared briefly about our experiences with COVID. He performed exam and explained results in laymans terms so that I understood. We discussed options and he guided me as I made the choice to use glasses fir reading and driving. We talked about a new information I had learned about a gene I have and he explained the possible impact that could have on my eyes as well as what to do if I see any of the symptoms he described. He assured me that if they occurred he would be able to help me through them. I then left to select glasses and Tyra helped me pick out a frame and then go through all the options for lenses. She was patient and helpful as I couldnt figure out which style I liked and which would look good on me. She was kind and complimentary, as well as informative, making that task smooth and easy.Great experience and I feel confident with the eye care I received.
