I never got a call the day before my eye surgery. I knew appt. time but had to call a number that rings in Anderson and the first 2 responses were, dont worry, someone will call you after lunch. Finally, the 3 rd pre op questions call was answered at 4:45 pm, This is poor pre opmanagement. The surgery went off fine and Im extremely pleased with Dr D . Glaser and his staff. Ive worked pre op and post op in outpatient settings. Please, just use my comment as a learning experience . It was very frustrating.

It a place thah has a lot of class to it

I was sent to Dr. Basa when I was first diagnosed with Macular Degeneration. I didn't know what to expect. He explained my diagnosis to me, was compassionate & gentle. I have continued to go to him for monthly injections & he has always been great. I highly recommend him.

Took my 82 yo mother for an eye exam. Everyone was kind, and patient. It was a very thorough exam and we were put through the process on time and quickly.
