I have been with Clemson Eye for quite some time. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Glasser usually does not make his patients wait for a long time for an appointment. After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes I was finally allowed in for a simple eye scan and an injection. This is simply not acceptable.....Everyone in the waiting room had an assigned time slot but no one got in that time slot .They (young and elderly) were so crowded in that waiting room ...there was not a seat to be had and people were standing up supported by the walls and pillars. I hope that the powers that be come to the realization for the interest of safety for their patients ....that the fire codewas completely ignored. The whole clinic could have been shut down and there would be more havoc with reassigning appointments etc. This situation is not in the best interest of their patients and should be addressed as soon as possible...
