Very friendly staff.

I was not seeing well and wanted a go to a different optometrist I was very pleased by the modern methods used hereThe exam was thoughtful and done quickly using modern tools but the final touch was by the doctor.I was told that I have cataracts and that my vision cannot be corrected by glasses. I was given the option for surgery now or glasses that can help. I choose the glasses due to other issues.I will go back for the surgery later this year.The only negative is that I could not order the glasses here.

I went to Clemson Eye on Pelham as a referral. I've had a right eye issue for about 6 months and didn't know why. Although I'm still waiting to know the reason, Dr. Perumal has really shown alot of care and concern. He immediately me test to find out if I have an underlining issue and didn't just give me medication to hide the issue. I pray I find out what is happening but feel that I am on the way to knowing.The initial part of my visit was not as welcoming. The front desk was ok but not as friendly as my regular Dr. The lady who screened me was kind of rude and seemed kept saying that my CT showed a diagnosis even though it didn't. I had to tell her 3 times to read the paperwork that I brought in. She finally did when I pointed it out to her and then said "I am glad that I saw that. This intake information is important." The wait was very long but I am still glad I went.

Dr. Easterling is an excellent doctor and the staff is knowledgeable and well trained.

I arrived before my appointment time and was seen before my appointment time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No complaints.
