It was easy to get an appointment (same day!) and doctor and staff were great. Only downside was a half hour wait, but it was my first time, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it was a fluke!

The 4 stars are the grade I rate Clemson Eye Care in Anderson. I would have rated it a 5 but I will explain.I had done business at Clemson Eye in Clemson a few years back and had them put prescriptions in a pair of Costa sunglasses. Very happy with them until about 10 years the lenses started to streak. They were out of warranty so I had to park them but did change the lenses out with Costa sunglass lenses.I was at the Anmed campus across the street receiving an epidural injections for my back when I stopped in to get an appointment with Clemson Eye.The front office coordinated an appointment the next day. Perfect. My eye had something in it and needed attention quickly.I was told I would receive the pre-registration via email or phone text to prefilled. Never got it so I called and advised . 2 times, never got it.So I came in early,covid and masked, filled out tablet.Tiffany came right in and proceeded to get all of my info and screen reading dilation of eyes,full report.She was terrific.Moved into another office to see Dr. Garrett and upon introductions, we began. He found 2 round hard plastic balls that had gotten embedded underneath my eyelid. He got them out very quickly. Felt great.Conversation went to him saying I was A positive personality and I said yes and upon him leading me to checkout with 3 women upfront called me "wild man" and then looked at my Calloway golf hat with a Clemson tiger paw in it and said do I play golf?I said yes sir, he responded with how do you play golf being A positive person? I said nothing in response.Took the high road because I looked him up and realized he is a University of South Carolina grad and I am a Clemson University Grad. I had my ring on as well. I gave him business. I gave him respect, and I felt like he was offended by A positive people who follow Jesus daily. Maybe he is a B negative, who knows? Wasn't very professional in my opinion.He did a great job but Conversation was not pleasant to me.
