Missed the smiling & friendly receptionist you had last year. Young girl told l was suppose call or go on line to make an appt after getting several text saying I was due a yearly diabetic eye exam. I explained l work just down the road & not a big fan of phone or on line appts. She was very rude & acted as if l was putting extra work on her to make an appt. Several minutes later she handed me a paper with appt on. Never verified the date or time with me. When l got home discovered neither the time or day worked with my work schedule. After 2 days & several long hold attempts l got to talk to a real person on phone. She was very nice & apologised for my experience. She got me an appt that worked w/ my work schedule. The Doctor & his helper were excellent.

I appreciate the service I received at Clemson Eye. The doctor fully explained to me the problem and what could be done to improve my vision. The explanation was done with a model of the eye so that I understood. I am aware that the wait time was a little long but the time and explanation I received was well worth it.

Wonderful staff! Great doctors. I could see that they had to take extra time with an elderly woman and they spent the time they needed with her. That being said the spent as much time with me as I needed. I will definitely come back to this practice.

I am very happy with Clemson Eye. Dr Roman is very knowledgeable and he takes his time explaining everything to you in a manner you can understand. Havent met a single staff member who wasnt sweet and courteous. My only complaint is the enormously long wait times. It is normally a 2 hour wait after your appointment time and I have asked several other patients who stated this almost always the case. May want to change your scheduling a bit. Way too long a wait for elderly patients.
