My husband and I always get a very thorough eye exam. Our biggest issue is the wait time. We are never seen on time. Typically, Clemson Eye has run as much as an hour behind. My most recent appointment, this week, was better than usual. I only had to wait 25 minutes before an assistant began my testing. I have never been late. And I have tried coming early. I have also tried scheduling an early morning appointment or one of the first in the afternoon. This cannot entirely be blamed on staff shortages due to COVID, as this problem existed prior to COVID.
